Teresa WI will literally never recommend U-Haul to anyone. I will go out of my way to tell them about our experience. No one should have to go through that and then did not even offer to compensate us that we had to go back to our house and the people there to help us move tell them sorry we can't get our moving truck until 7 o'clock. Nikki BThe truck we originally rented was unfit to drive, front tires wobbled terribly at highway speeds. We were re-directed to another Uhaul dealer, which delayed our pick up time and I had to pay 1 hr. more for loading labor waiting for me to show up with the truck. If this problem had not occurred I would have had plenty of time to show up on time for the loading people. NOT HAPPY!
Paul BEnsure tires are balanced and not out of round. The trailer vibrated until a tire blew out.
