I dropped the trailer at 4:20. This location is supposed to be open until 5:00 pm. No one was there and they also did not answer their phone. I left a voice mail but did not get a call back to the following morning. I did call the 1-800 number and the lady was very helpful in checking me in via on line. Seems to me if you are going to be an agent for U-Haul and your hours are until 5pm you should have someone that is sitting in for you when you have a doctors appointment. I was very happy with the lady at the 1800 number but not happy with this location.
