The first trailer i hooked up to had no license plate and i was told it was just returned. So your representative let it leave that way. When hooking up to the new trailer the chains where about 4’ long had to multi wrap around tounge. The rep never came out when picking up trailer or even come to look at the trailer when I returned. She never recorded that I returned the trailer so I had multiple calls from corporate asking me about the trailer. Out of multiple uhauls ive rented this is the worst experience ive had

Tom JThis location was the only location with the size of truck I wanted. But it was in the middle of nowhere where so it added onto the mileage needed to move unfortunately. When I live right beside another U-Haul dealer… the pricing went from $50-$200 for not even half a day rental.
