One headlight out. One cable for the cargo door broken and door would not open or shut requiring multiple attempts pushing/pulling door. Appreciated staff despite long delays.
Thomsa CI rented a U-Haul they never told me the drivers side head light was out and I was pulled over by 2 different officers while driving it at night
Bryanna BI had reserved a truck and an appliance dolly. When I arrived, the truck was available but the dolly wasn’t. The cashier’s initial solution was to deduct the cost of the dolly. This didn’t help, I needed the dolly to move 6 appliances. I then had to wait for 30 minutes while she called her manager and her manager tried to find a location that I could pick up a dolly. The manager never managed to find one and ended up loaning the convenience store’s dolly. If I reserve the equipment I expect that the equipment is there and available for me to use. This was unacceptable and wasted 30 minutes of my time.
