We were to have a dolly that was not available . We were sent to another location to pick up. Although we were given extra mileage for gas and was not far because of heavy traffic it took extra time before starting loading, Also they did not have a printer so they sent me a copy that was so small I could not enlarge and could not read! I was worried about being stopped for any reason about not having a contract in hand. Really felt that they were not prepared for me.
