The drop off location was not open when I dropped off. Now, let's talk about the reservation system. I was able to reserve a 10 ft truck and toy hauler at the Pooler GA location. I made my travel plans based on that reservation. As I'm getting ready to leave my home for Pooler, a 4 and one half drive. I get a call from Pooler location, they don't have a trailer. Fortunately, I ended up talking to Bernice at national reservations. She was fantastic and set me up with a truck and trailer in Statesboro.
ROBERT WDrop off was at night, so did not interact with any personnel. Process went smoothly though.
JOHN KWe were to have a dolly that was not available . We were sent to another location to pick up. Although we were given extra mileage for gas and was not far because of heavy traffic it took extra time before starting loading, Also they did not have a printer so they sent me a copy that was so small I could not enlarge and could not read! I was worried about being stopped for any reason about not having a contract in hand. Really felt that they were not prepared for me.
