Rented 2 utility dollies online with the truck, picked up the truck before business hours per online reservation, dollies were not in the back of the truck. When we returned the truck, the agent was waiting outside and I told him that there was no dollies in the back and I had requested 2. He said he only has one on location in a sarcastic tone of voice. I said well I shouldn't be charged for either since I didn't get them and he shrugged his shoulders and said, well I will see what I can do about it and took the keys from me and went on about his business. No apology, no nothing. Poor business

Chris H.The driver side door didn't shut properly unless slammed hard, the locations parking lot is tiny and very hard to maneuver through and park in.
JOSHUA A.The location is very convenient to I-85 and on Hwy 53 in Braselton. The negative is there is not adequate internet service to complete the online requirements at that location. It took us a long time waiting on the next screen to load. We had to go home to be on our internet to finish. Then drop the key off in the box. The office was not open to help. There was another customer there very frustrated with online services.
