Adamah AI recently returned a trailer to this U-Haul location and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. When I arrived, no one came out to assist me, even though I know you can return the trailer via your phone. The layout of the location made it difficult as there was nowhere to turn the trailer around. The space felt quite limited, making it challenging to reverse without being too close to the road . This lack of support and the tight conditions made the return process far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope they can improve the setup for a better experience in the future.
