Connie K.We had trouble accessing the the key to the truck because the place was closed so we had to call and get help .and when we finely got The truck it had a broken light . No I would not recommend any uhale unless it is open and you can talk to someone
Larry S.This location for pickup was very nice and convenient. The mobile app checkout process was smooth. Though, the app does not allow you to zoom in on the images that the dealer took of the truck. Even in landscape view it did not allow me to zoom in on the images. I like to be very thorough when renting equipment as I will not be held liable for other people's accidents.
Barbara W.The fuel gauge was empty when I went to pick it up. I left the fuel inbetween empty and 1/8 tank. I would have put more in it but I returned it how I received it. Other than that everything was great and easy to use.
