This is my third time renting a truck from this location over the past few years, and the experience has always been excellent. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and polite. ERIC OUhaul is at fault for this not the facility we had a fault transmission. We spent $35 in gas putting in 7 gallons overall and only traveled 22 miles overall that equates to 3 miles to the gallon which is a rediculous amount to spend on gas for a vehicle. This truck needs to be taken off the road inspected and fixed.
