Everything was fine until it was time to return the truck in the morning. The person that receives the truck back wasn’t there I had to wait almost a 40 mins. They even tried to make me just leave it there without going through the processes of returning it.. eventually I did it online and was able to complete the return so now I have to get another rental truck because I couldn’t finish what I needed to do because of the wait time. I would love if you guys could give me a truck for a day to cover my inconvenience please.

The inside of the truck was wet. The guy said he mopped it for us. Hard to load furniture when the truck is wet. Now having to air out my couch.
