Horrible experience at the Brevard location. Made online U-Haul reservation and when I arrived to check in, there wasn’t any keys. The virtual assistant tried calling the property manager as he was not onsite and I was notified that he was at lunch and to come back at 1pm after he returns from his 2.5 hour lunch. Once returning, again no keys, no property manager, talked to three more virtual assistants and when he finally arrived, he tried to blame everything on the previous days shift. Next, he then checked in/out my original contract charging my card stating it was because of the missing keys that he wasn’t at work to provide then created two more contracts charging my card before finally getting me into the U-Haul stating I’ll be refunded the other charges. If we hadn’t committed to picking up furniture today I would have cancelled here and gone somewhere else but because we were already 3 hours behind schedule and starting to rain we had no other choice. Dakota was not only rude about everything but took no responsibility whatsoever for this terrible situation nor did he care. Only cared about covering his tracks by creating a false paper trail while charging my card. Stay away from this place if renting a U-Haul.

KELLY NThe location was great. But the app takes forever ever to load and should have a pre check in so you’re not rushed. Also the ac was broken on my truck. It was not fun after loading all day
Jeffery WI will never tell someone to use the app to do a ride share vehicle. The app didn't work right. Kept freezing and logging me out. Then wouldn't let me fill out information. Once it asked for emergency contacts it was over. How are you going to ask me to give you phone numbers for someone to answer at 7 am? And all the numbers of the 3 people I know were "associated with my account add another" . It was a nightmare and made me an hour late to my next stop. Returning was just as bad. Do better
