I will never tell someone to use the app to do a ride share vehicle. The app didn't work right. Kept freezing and logging me out. Then wouldn't let me fill out information. Once it asked for emergency contacts it was over. How are you going to ask me to give you phone numbers for someone to answer at 7 am? And all the numbers of the 3 people I know were "associated with my account add another" . It was a nightmare and made me an hour late to my next stop. Returning was just as bad. Do better

JESSICA BVehicles clearly have no maintence done. It is a wonder my things weren't broken to pieces with how 0 shocks that truck had. The website and app are a complete nightmare. Its like the company sourced it out to the lowest bidder and someone used ai to make it with no coding skills themselves. Will go to a place with a real human working next time for sure.
Alaina Ldo away with the "virtual manager" experience. It works very poorly. The virtual manager does not know where things are. The virtual manager cannot explain anything well. The virtual manager has zero understanding of the site where the equipment is located.
THOMAS TI had difficulty accessing the keys from the lock box. The virtual manager promptly switched the vehicle to enable me to get keys but the contract did not show the correct plates when I checked. I had to inform the company of the change. The condition of the vehicle was indicative of its age, with over 134,000 miles. The drive train sounded and felt like it was suffering even before being loaded. It was clean but uncomfortable to drive.
