RODNEY SI was way overcharged on mileage I put less than 50 miles on the truck and they charged me for just over a hundred miles fix the problem give me my money back
BRENDA BThe ladies there were rude, not welling to try to solve the problem. My son made the reservation for the u-haul truck who is in Michigan to keep me from having that expense. His card was on file but "Sandra" would not use his card even after I called him and had him on the phone to talk to them. She went as far as to say since I wasn't happy I could go somewhere else. Her mother was in the back room shouting out things also. Very very rude people and I had several people tell me I should have used someone else but since my son was in Michigan and made the reservation I didn't have much choice. The truck was not a problem, just the people renting out the equipment. I strongly suggest not using the country store in Rosman NC. I have made a formal complaint
