BRADLEY RMy tow vehicle was a rental with a 2.5" receiver. They had a hitch with a 2.0" shank so it needed a reducer to make it work, but they don't carry them. I had to drive several miles to an Ace Hardware that had them. I'm a "little surprised" that a trailer rental business wouldn't carry a part that must be needed frequently. They outside guy--who was very helpful and knowledgeable--said they don't have them in the Uhaul catalog. While that's kind of crazy on Uhaul, I think the shop would do well to order whatever is missing from the catalog from somewhere else. "It's not in the Uhaul catalog" doesn't really justify sending a customer down to the local hardware store. Thank goodness Ace had it, I would have been in big trouble.
