Bruce TI’ve used this location in the past and the personnel was very friendly and helpful. I did a drop off after hours because I did not realize they closed early on Saturday. U-Haul did not tell me the tongue weight of the 6 x 12 trailer and that I was not able to unhook it on my own. I had to ask a passing bicyclist to help me as I had pulled my back out and it was covered in grease, and the trailer was beyond capacity of one single person to be able to unload. U-Haul should have more safety protocols and place for returns because the trailer slid and caused a huge safety issue that could’ve harmed me and I came away dirty covered in grease and with a pulled back.
