I dropped the can off at the location they specified. Then received a call that they were going to charge me double if i didnt go back and return it to a different location. I was not happy this is not about the location but about u haul in general get your act together!
Joseph D.U haul changed our pick up location and the size truck we asked for. The website did not make the updates and was giving us wrong information. The truck we received was old and filthy. We were told we would receive a $50 credit and did not.
