Have available parking for personal vehicle while renting equipment. I was told I could not leave my car there while using equipment.

Don FBooked a van at the Brewster MYSTICK Valero (No Safe Move, no upgrades) day before pick up. When we arrived on time they didn't have the van. They changed it to a box truck. They proceeded to add on Safe Move for $30 WITHOUT ASKING. We drove a total of 13 MILES. We called and asked them to credit us back the $30. He said 'Take it up with Uhaul'. VERY POOR SERVICE. contract 84881917 Safe move ended up costing us 33% of our rental. please have customer support contact us. Johnsons
