I made my reservation a week in advance but two days before my move, I received a call and my reservation was shortened a full day so I had to cancel the second part of my trip. Scheduling clearly needs to be overhauled. The pick up location told me this happens often with online reservations.

The app was terrible. Difficulty connecting and when I would hit next it would reset the same page. Wasted an hour trying to pick up and another returning. Errors trying to upload. App is one of the worst apps I've used. I should not be spending my time on something that would typically be paid by your for a service member. If you want me on your payroll to perform your services, then please compensate me for my time.
