It took 30 minutes to get my truck because I was t set up for the program where you do a self check-in/ pick up. Had to call uhaul to get access to the function in the app. Also, I estimated 19 miles but only drove 3. I don't see where 7 miles were going to be credited on the updated invoice since my total originally was $67.80 and my final invoice said $67.44
