TERRANCE MU haul supposed to have better dealers
Juan MLocation wasn't open when we were picking up and had to call support as the app wasn't working. Our order was also supposed to include an appliance dolly and moving pads which were not in the vehicle. We were told we'd be reimbursed. We were directed to an additional location which provided pads but they didn't have an appliance dolly. We were directed to a 3rd location for the dolly. Total shit show that delayed our move by 1 1/2 hours. Never using u haul again!
