The folks at Portland Street Auto Body was very nice and made the whole rental experience very easy. The van was not clean but other wise seemed well maintained.

I was an hour later than the scheduled drop off time and got charged for an extra day. Which was after I paid over $400 to rent a 5x8 trailer for three days. Seems rather petty.

ROGER DThe staff at Portland Street Auto & Body are excellent. Pickup was fast, efficient, and friendly. I dropped off after hours but there was an off duty employee on site who unhitched the trailer for me. I could not have hoped for a better experience.
