Keep your equipment maintained. Care about what the customer is going to go through when it isn't maintained. We were delayed 3 hours waiting for roadside assistance for a flat tire we didn't see when we left and transmission issues that have been going on for a long time according to the mechanic.

Pam GAllen at Brigham Distribution was a lot of help after the reservation I made for a 10' wasn't available upon pick up time. I didn't recieve any phone call or email stating it wasn't available. Allen helped me get a WAY bigger truck than needed but a huge help. The online reservation process is crap. I would call or walk in to a location before reserving online. I was told it happens all the time which is unacceptable. Glad that Brigham Distribution came through though.
