I had to drop of in Brigham it was closed and suppose to scan a code it did not work . And on the phone it told us to drop the keys in box.

Better after hours lighting
SIR KCheck In was easy. The truck was easy to get to and really clean. They were very friendly and helpful.
dennis gPlace that I picked it up from was a mess, I had to wait for 2 hours to pick up the uhaul while talking to at least 10 people over the phone who had no idea how to do their job, got transferred back to back and then the location I was returning to did not know that I got 2 extra days and 45 extra miles and kept calling me. I will never use uhaul again. The entire experience was the worst customer service I’ve experienced and feel that I overpaid for tue extreme amount of trouble I went through.
