ANTHONY NNothing the people were friendly. The service was great. The product was clean and did a great job.
GENE CGive instructions on where to go exactly so customer does not have to go asking around till they are told where to go. Also, having a bell or some type of button to notify help is needed at the desk for U-Haul since it is inside a Market and the cashiers are on the other registers and never look towards the U-Haul register to see if anyone is there. Last, let customer know they have to take pictures of their rental when dropping off before taking off without the pictures and having to go back.
