The staff was rude and communication was poor. Vehicle I was assigned at internal engine issues and felt like it was going to break down during use. Ac in 100 degree weather did not work. Blew on window only. Would not switch to front blow. Cab was messy with prior use liquid spill

This was my second visit to this location, both times customer service was exceptional, staff is knowledgeable and helpful, courteous, and efficient. My trailer was ready and a technician did the hookup and performed a quick test to confirm all lights were working. Also unhooked the trailer when I returned it, I will keep them in mind for all my equipment rental needs Highly recommend if you need any UHaul equipment

William WI was told any location that took the 15’ U-Haul truck would take the trailer. This is incorrect and I had to double back 6 miles to return the trailer and drive the 6 miles back to drop off the truck.
BRIAN WAfter 500 miles the right front t tire on the trailer shredded. Don’t know if it was a retread. AI assistance was pretty useless. Took us at least two hours to get back on the road.Slade with AAA towing was great!
