This was NOT the location I chose, I was switched to this location. They did not give me anything in writing, the video agent put my 2nd driver down as the renter, so ALL of the receipts are in my 2nd driver's name instead of mine - when I paid for everything! I was NOT notified that I would be charged $1.00 for each extra mile, instead of the .39 shown on the website, I did NOT sign a contract and agree to that.

I experienced a lot of difficulties with using the app both for picking up and for returning the vehicle. You team of live agents were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated their kind demeanor and assistance.

LADOLA RI ubered to this location so i was trapped. there were 3 people renting u hauls but they all left because the process was so difficult and ridiculous. I will never rent from the app again if I need another uhaul. some of the staff was rude on my many calls the bot made me so angry it was a horrible experience if uhaul didn't have in person staff at other facilitys I would rent from homedepot or Facebook. I hope to never purchase another item from this location and despise the system you guys are creating. there are way to many app issues and error codes it made me question weather you were trying to scam me because nothing worked the first time and I had to call and message multiple times in order to get assistance with my issues. in short I would highly recommend you update these systems because I'm young tech savvy and I have rarely been so angered by an app failing to load or resetting the data I was entering. I also feel like I would have been charged more if I wasn't so persistent. the new system has taken the small amount of faith i have in uhaul and thrown it in the trash. I can't describe how horrible my experience was or how angry I was I almost missed my appointment because it took me over an hour and a half to get the rental figured out. please look into this as it was infuriating and I dont like getting angry like this made me. horrible horrible horrible experience!
Alberto LWe didn’t get the furniture dolly we paid for. Was unable to get refunded for it. As well as we only had 3 moving blankets, but we had paid for more.
