Issue is with the U-Haul process itself. I spent time to go in person a week ahead of time in order to have a hassle free pickup on the morning of the rental. Asking for so much information in the heat of the moment is ridiculous. Phone numbers of 2 contacts at 7:30am, the miles to be travelled, the credit card information all over again, etc. is ridiculous, this could all be done in advance and the process need to be thouroughly revamped.
