The rental vehicle was clean and well prepared for pickup. I would rent from this pickup location again because of convenience and proximity. One of my issues was that the facility indicated they would have staff available until late in the afternoon (I believe it was 4 or 5pm). When I showed up around 2pm the office was closed and I had to revert to an online registration and pickup. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal but the UHAUL app was very difficult to use, and was not user-friendly when asking for photographs of the truck to be taken. The lockbox was very difficult to use. The tumblers were difficult to turn. Perhaps the locks could be push button?

THOMAS GThe parking lot was very icy. I also have a question on the total amount. I can not read the full details on the receipt that was emailed or in the app as it is so small and doesnt allow me to zoom in. Its seems like I am being charged a ridiculous amount for gas and we only traveled 17 miles. Please email me a PDF of the receipt so I can review.
