I showed and had to be sent elsewhere after I called I showed up at the other location- I waited an hour for the one guy operating everything to show up. He charged me insurance I didnt as for They were supposed to change the return address to the first location but they didn't and I had to go back and they also didn't add any miles to my reservation to compensate me driving out of my way again to return it Gas had less than 1/4 at pick up Guy didn't call me back for two days I had to call and ask what I owed He said j gave him $120 cash deposit not $100 so my mistake but he didn't show that on bill He said j owed $111 left and I paid that cuz it was $108 after my deposit of $120 Now I get this email saying I owe $158. Please figure this out cuz I want to be so done with this

There was some confusion about checking the van in and out. We were unable to get in touch with the person who checked the van out and I continued to receive notices from UHaul that the van was due back. This was not good.

Very friendly and helpful service BUT.......The truck i got had alot of problems i didnt think i was going to make it to my destination. Its wasnt shifting correctly and took me a total of 2 and a half days driving a day trip. Horrible experience with this truck and the outside of the tires were very bald no tread and it kept pulling to the left. It was a very scary drive as the truck wasnt safe to be driven.

Address was incorrect, no one was present at pick up. Had to call a number and a guy came from down the road. Had a reservation time but the truck and equipment was not ready. It was an hour before finally getting the truck and leaving.

I made a reservation on 5/8 for a rental on 5/24. On 5/21 the company doing the packing called and convinced me to cancel that move and he would make a reservation for me from his location. He assured me the price would be the same or maybe even a little less. This was false. The original truck was quoted at $286 and he charged me $365. Outrageous. He also came and met me and asked how I was going to pay for the extra hours packing. I told him when I had used the service before I had no problem doing it online. He told me it didn't work right when previous customers tried to do it. He gave me an envelope to put the cash in or check made out to him personally and to give to his workers after I had sealed it. I wrote out a check made out to him.
