recently rented a truck from this U-Haul location and was very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. The truck was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell inside, which made the experience uncomfortable. It clearly had not been cleaned properly before my rental. On the positive side, the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and professional, and the pickup process was quick. However, customer service alone doesn’t make up for the poor state of the vehicle. For the price I paid, I expected a clean and well-maintained truck. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures their vehicles are cleaned and ready for the next customer.
