The equipment was clean but you can tell that nobody cleaned the van out after they used it. Also the brakes made a funny noise and the odometer was off for my purchase it had to be corrected in the system by the person who rented me the vehicle. Also I requested a appliance dolly and all they had was a cheap utility dolly. I made it work though
HERSHEL Grecently rented a truck from this U-Haul location and was very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. The truck was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell inside, which made the experience uncomfortable. It clearly had not been cleaned properly before my rental. On the positive side, the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and professional, and the pickup process was quick. However, customer service alone doesn’t make up for the poor state of the vehicle. For the price I paid, I expected a clean and well-maintained truck. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures their vehicles are cleaned and ready for the next customer.
