Back cabin was dirty with stuff left over from the previous renters and the side bottom mirror is only a half a mirror, I didn't notice until I was ready to pull off after the verification. Good thing the truck was way bigger then what I needed it for. The inside cabin wasn't badly dirty and the gas was only a 1/â´ tb of a tank. Happy there was a gas Staton near by, But great customer service @ auto shop epically since traffic made me a little over a hr late. Hopefully my refund of that cleaning fee is reversed. I was very happy how smooth the process went. Thanks AsiaAsja J.

This site is located inside a filthy auto shop. The office is filthy. I was afraid to sit on anything afraid I might get dirty. No air conditioner in the office and it was loud because mechanic fixing vehicle. When I returned the car, there were men in front smoking marijuana. I wanted the van at 7 am. When I got there, I tried to get instructions to pick it up and received a message that I had to wait until they opened at 8am. Then I had to wait for the guy who does the rentals to show up. That was at 8:30am. He said he did not receive my reservation and he was there until 9:30pm. I don't know if that is true because I brought it back at 8pm and he wasn't there. I reserved before 1pm the day before. Shame on you if you didn't send him the reservation and shame on him if you did. I could have gone to a different location that was open at 7am and in the future - I will.LESLIET H.

The whole experience was horrible and the manager was not helpful at all. He was rude and did not care that he did not put the key in the lock box.Melanie B.
The location was convenient for me as I live in the area, but it isn't near transportation. I didn't find the personnel especially helpful as I was left standing, wondering who I was to speak with when I rented the truck. Although I told the person I had never driven a truck, he did not explain anything about the controls. I had been told I had the truck for 24 hours, but the receipt said I had to have the truck back by that afternoon. I had also been told on return to park the truck and I could leave the key in a box. After parking the truck and walking back to the garage, I was told I had to bring the truck to the garage for them to check it, which added another mile by the time I circled back to the garage.CHERYL M.
I was overcharged for equipment, mileage and a extra day used. Please look at your bill prior and after use. The vehicle borrowed for 2 hours and I was charged for two days. The location was closed and I was instructed to leave the keys in a lockbox and vehicle parked. Tried to call the location where vehicle was rented and no response. This location never reserved my truck so when I arrived I could not use mobile check in. Customer service told me to go inside to inquire. Location was locked. No one arrived until 8:35 am. Online confirmation was 8 am opening. Tire had low air when rented. Got billed for 2 rental periods because we were delayed in picking up truck. Lots of improvement required!jane P.

The pick up procedure was a mess. They confused and merged 2 separate reservations which created a paper work mess. They had to call someone to come in to fix the issue in the computer because they did not know how to. Once they fixed and cleared up the mix up my credit card had a hold which couldn't be removed for days on someone else reservation. Also when it was time to give me the keys they realized that one of the workers drove the keys home by. mistake and they had to go get them. I had a 915 pick up and did not leave with the truck until 1100 am. Also, Not all the equipment I reserved was available to me as well, because they did have it.judith M.

My rental went smooth, gentleman was courteous. It was in a garage which is okay with me. Location was convenient. Drop off was easy after hours with the drop box. My only issue was I had to go to another location to pick up supplies ie.. blankets, tape and boxes. Supplies should be stocked in all locations or at least have it if customer orders it ahead of time.Debra S.
Truck had a hole in the bed, shattered mirror on one side, and mirror that swings freely on the other. Check engine and tire pressure lights on. I don't expect luxury from a uhaul but this location was below the standards I'm used to.Taylor L.

Ensure that vehicles are completely clean prior to renting to customers. I found several parking meter receipts strewn all over the dashboard, floor, and compartments. Some unknown fluid was all over the floor and running through the vehicle. While waiting for a traffic light the miles on the odometer would increase while vehicle was not technically in motion.Andrea A.
