I was told it was fine to return the truck to any nearby U-Haul location. Because of this advice, I dropped it off at Markham instead of the contract location. This caused confusion and delayed closing of my rental, which later led to an extra charge for one day ($40) plus coverage ($16), even though I returned the truck the same day within 6 hours.

Brent ZThe online pick up is crap - took over 35 mins to get Jey’s cause your app doesn’t say do not put - in phone # and also does not say take glasses off for photos so you go through 5 photos that keep getting denied. Add examples or notes in bold so I don’t waste my time. The store is great when you go instead but your app from uhaul sucks
