The online pick up is crap - took over 35 mins to get Jey’s cause your app doesn’t say do not put - in phone # and also does not say take glasses off for photos so you go through 5 photos that keep getting denied. Add examples or notes in bold so I don’t waste my time. The store is great when you go instead but your app from uhaul sucks
