The truck was filthy and covered in graffiti. The agent told me that I didn't have a booking even though I pre-paid - he seemed very confused. He eventually figured it out then charged me an additional $20+ after I believed I'd paid in full online. Very frustrating start to the move.

Nothing, everything is great about this U-Haul location . I had to get some furniture on the weekend and at first we wanted saturday morning van rental but they were originally booked. So we booked for Tuesday , but we received a call and they had a van coming back at 3 pm which was perfect for our needs.

Explain the charges. Was not informed about the milage limits and what should have been more than $60. came to $110. due to milage. They also only have 1 person to deal with the rentals and they are not there all the time so had to go back many times to get clarification on the charges. Uninpressed.

Nothing it was easy , this location is convenient and well maintained . This location is my go to for rentals for using vans to move large items . Will use them again to pick up my furniture that I am having recovered

Too small and very hard for inexperience uhaul truck drivers to manauver. Drove the 26’ uhaul truck for 2 hours on highway. Refilled $70 in gas at $1.14 / liter and still charged $33 for fuel when it was around the level when I got it. Paid $310 for rental and they still wanted $33 for gas .

The express check in did not save us anytime as we still did not get our van right away.. it took around 30 mins to get all the details sorted with the store and never got s printed bill/ receipt

drop off was easy, just had to leave keys, however they wrote the wrong mileage down and charged us too much

The advertised $19.95 rental price on the side of the van is misleading. The cost is actually a lot more than that. Stop this practice.

Inside of truck was dirty. We had to sweep it out before use

Had a mobile reservation arrived at 5:40pm but person at store refused to give me keys for truck, kept telling me to come back at 7pm. Called U-Haul customer service and after 30-40 minutes of the customer service rep telling the person to give me the keys he finally did. Store owner shows up and says the reservation was delayed on their end. I countered his comment as U-Haul customer service was able to see my reservation 45 minutes prior.

A terrible experience. The back cargo door latch motor failed, so the back door would not shut - a big issue. Also clearly the result of a mechanical failure. When I took it back, I was met with anger and accusations - "Did you get insurance? I will be reporting this to U-Haul." The latch had nothing to do with me, and I was the one inconvenienced by the whole thing, but I was being blamed. No apology, not attempt to understand the issue - just an embarrassing effort to blame a customer for a failed part. On top of that, the van smelled like smoke, and the back was dirty. I washed it myself and also got in trouble for washing it. To top it off, this location waited several days to charge my card, and then made multiple charges instead of a single one. This is the LAST time I will ever rent from UHAUL, including on a corporate basis where we have rented several times for events. I hope that this will serve as notice that terrible customer service includes repercussions.
