Lot of formalities before handed-over as it is an automatic process. If it is manual, hope it won't take much longer than we spent (20 minutes).

Mohamad ACouldn't get the truck at the location that I wanted and couldn't get the truck at the time I wanted at the pick up location. I will never rent from U-Haul ever again. Oh and your app wasn't working properly either.
