TOM RI was told it was fine to return the truck to any nearby U-Haul location. Because of this advice, I dropped it off at Markham instead of the contract location. This caused confusion and delayed closing of my rental, which later led to an extra charge for one day ($40) plus coverage ($16), even though I returned the truck the same day within 6 hours.
