One of the representatives was very disrespectful to me when I was trying to refill the gas for the U-Haul. He was rushing me and spoke to me very disrespectful even though I came 30 minutes earlier then the time I was expected to be there. Due to my bad experience I will unfortunately not be coming back there again or referring a friend. Please train your representatives to be patient with customers and to be respectful.

Have a lot, or we other designated parking. Also, I want to leave feedback about the "truck share" promotion. That is a silly and unhelpful process. The drop-off part of my experience was pretty good. But there are*lots* of ways to improve the pickup experience.

Clearer instructions on people who check in via phone. I waited on line for 20min for no reason- I only needed to get my keys.

I was given a severely damaged truck - literally dozens of scratches, dents, tears... had a flawless trip and the store owners insist that i made a new scratch. I plead with them. They tell me "just admit it".. to which I don't. So instead of discussing the fact of the matter with me, they take my receipt.. walk away, and move on to other customers. I go back inside to ask what is happening and why I'm not being helped. They tell me to go back outside. I wait for 20 minutes watching them help other people who arrived AFTER me before leaving.. then later that day receive a notice that I was charged $150 extra. Even though I purchased insurance anyway. Despicable customer service. Makes me never want to use UHaul ever again. Would never recommend this location. It's madness, stressful, and extremely uncourteous. I have video to show the condition of the truck.

Despite the location being above average, the overall experience with Uhaul was less than satisfactory. I called the 1-800 number to make my reservation, was confirmed at the location nearest me and the drop off location of my choice as also confirmed by the operator. I asked twice to ensure I was picking up and dropping off at specific locations. 10 minutes after the phone call i received a text confirmation to pick up at a DIFFERENT location. No problem, except the morning of pick up I receive a phone call from a uhaul location, I assumed it was the location I received the text about, he needed the zip code of my drop off location, apparently it was NOT confirmed though the operator the day before said it was. As I’m arrivjng at the location I received a message about I get a text saying I’m picking up from a a DIFFERENT location, one 20 minutes in the opposite direction of the 30 minute trip I just took. I checked with this place only to learn I was not in their computer,despite the confirmation text. I travel to the next location, sit on hold for over 30 minutes with customer service only to be told my problem will be resolved by submitting a complaint electronically. I lost money on the movers because I was over an hour late due to this back and forth with the location pick up. Other issues with drop to be read in the comment section below. I would not recommend the use of uhaul on the basis of this confirmation system and I would like full compensation for the money and time lost because of this faulty system.

Celese and Bryan were extremely helpful. Worked with me when there were issues to resolve ( the fuel gauge reading was wrong in the vehicle). They were pleasant and experienced and genuinely thorough. I’ve had lackluster experiences at this and other U-Haul locations - but I’ll keep coming back to this one if great employees like Bryan and Celese are there! Thanks!!!

The employee never went over the rental agreement with me as the reservation was screwed up and he had to go through the rental process manually. Also, I was not made aware during dispatch that Uhual is considered a commercial vehicle, nor was I shown the vehicle or how to use its safety features which resulting in our vehicle getting stuck on the Parkway in Long Island and the state trooper had to be called and I was issued 2 traffic tickets. All of this could have been avoided if the employees completed the contract agreement correctly. I was also incorrectly charged for damages that I have been trying to dispute, but your customer service has been rude and unhelpful. I am extremely dissatisfied and a full refund is in order. I would HIGHLY suggest hiring movers or using a different rental company as Uhual does not care about their customers. Avoid at all cost.
