they switched my location last minute. postponed the time my vehicle was ready and i felt over charge on gas and mileage .
Nina TWorker charged me for insurance when I rejected it multiple times, he said it was required but that's not true I've rented UHual trucks many times. He also charged my $20 for gas when I only drove 8 miles total & put gas myself. He was just trying to charge me for extra stuff to get more money. Unprofessional, never coming back to that scamming location.
Brandon MService worker was completely unhelpful and gruff. Did not have the furniture pads or the dolly we ordered, and we had already been redirected after an issue. He also entered the wrong truck on our account, so we had to call for help multiple times just to pick up and drop off the truck. Incredibly inconvenient. The staff on the phone were lovely, however.
