I was, literally, their first customer. No one said that until an hour later when the woman behind the counter was still on the phone with her boss showing him every screen. Customers walked in and left because she was the only one working. I ended up buying a water for one customer. The employee's boss on the phone was rude to her. It's is his business and this was their first reservation. He should have been there. Don't take it out on her. Finally, another employee or owner walked in and that is when she told me they started their UHAUL program at the gas station the day before. They will get it together with using the system, but the boss has a lot to learn about leadership. The person helping me was apologetic and professional throughout. You have a good employee -- be nicer and respectful so that you can hold onto her.
