I was called 2 days before my pickup date, and advised that the pickup location had been changed. When I arrived, I had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to finally help me. I kept getting told someone would help me soon. Then, when the gentleman finally came to help me, he didn’t even know how to do a pickup and had to keep asking the two other people to help him. The two other guys were the ones that initially told me I had to wait. Then the items I had pre-ordered, weren’t even available at that location, I still had to go to the original location I was supposed to pickup the truck at. Then, in the end, when I dropped off the truck, I was charged for going over the allotted miles. I was charged an additional $10.75. I should not have been charged anymore for all the trouble and I didn’t even go over the mileage. Do better U-haul
