It was somewhat easy to pick up. Had some issues in the beginning, there is another location with the same name and on the same street. When I made the original reservation I told the representative the name and city of the store not knowing there was another 3.5 miles away. The representative gave a little push back when picking up the truck but eventually after several requests she finally changed it which only took about 5 min. The representatives were pretty friendly but when having to work a little harder it was not well received. Remind the representatives it is very stressful moving and any issues are not needed, thank you.

The live person was outstanding! However, the virtual assistant kept losing connection, leaving the "live" person in the office doing all of the work. The location could benefit from having two "live" people in the office to better accommodate customers. Also, the mileage rates are ridiculous at $1.39 per mile.
