Everything was great except for the first virtual customer representative. She had an attitude, and when you're interacting with customers on camera, it's important to have a pleasant and professional demeanor. She didn't even smile or seem welcoming while speaking with us, which I found to be very unprofessional. The second virtual representative, however, was a gentleman who was very kind and courteous. He offered me water and made me feel welcome, which made for a much better experience.

Be more upfront about how much mileage is the minute you drive off the lot. “As low as $19.95” is just to sit in the truck which is pretty comical. Just be open and honest instead of waiting to find out on the receipt.
