ROLANDO RThen young man at the rent center was playing video games when we arrived and while he was checking us in, he was more aware of his game than our check in. We got our rental and went to get the truck. Then realized there was no dolly, which I requested. I went in to ask him for the dolly, to which he says that I didn’t request one. I told him I did, to which he said I did but he removed it. I asked him for the dolly and he said he didn’t have it at the location. Getting the Uhaul was very annoying at this location.
