The Gentlemen that assisted with rental pickup was not very helpful and suggested I go to actual Uhaul rental to rent my car trailer or go to Penske rental.

SHAYLA DBed if the trailer had rocks (gravel/pebbles) and a scrap board in the bed. I had to remove this prior to using.

ebony pwas sent to 2 different locations , needed a bal mount so i declined at frist location said i would get it where i was picking up trailer . go to second location to get trailer and they are a storage spot and din't sell ball mounts , so i had to go back to frist location an get one , then go and get trailer, they should of told me that to start with , got a little up set about that, other than that i i was a great transaction, thanks
