Train you workers. Used this location for five years . Same out of town trip same pick up, & return hours , never been called before on the day of return. Not my fault the help didn’t listen. We were running later than usual because there was damage inside of u haul & had to go back for pictures to be made , they charge us for time we couldn’t use it. They need to check there inventory before the next customer gets it.. We always return after hours & was never charged before . Lost a customer.
