26’ truck was too long for the parking spot . It was backed into the tree line . I had to transfer my moving supplies from my truck to the rental truck . Had to park the truck blocking the driveway so I could transfer my stuff . When returning the truck and your website requested pictures of the rear of the truck , I had already parked the truck backed hard into the trees .

The pickup location was fine, and the staff helpful. However this was not my requested pickup spot, and they could not arrange for a the size truck on the day near my location. This was a hour away, and I had traveled an hour away to pick up a truck the night before that turned out to be unavailable. The scheduling is horrendous and I should be compensated for the extra expense in gas and tolls as a result of not providing what I reserved.
