Pulled up to the return tent and waited 5-10 mins and no one came out. Pulled up to the door and walked in. Got asked if I rented the trailer from them and then got told to pull into the tent. Told them I was in the tent and got told well I didn’t see you. Picking the trailer up was perfect, returning the trailer was not good at all. Customer service was not good when returning. Next time I will pick up in Portland and return to Portland where people actually paid attention

I was highly dissatisfied! I made a phone reservation the day before I needed the truck. When my husband arrived the next morning the reservation had never been recieved, nor was the size truck I reserved available. This location was not my issue, they are great! My issue is with the people answering phones and not doing their job!

Truck was not 100% swept out before we got it, but still clean and perfectly usable. It's been extremely cold here so possibly work outside is difficult right now. Ran well, I had no trouble with it.

This was the most impressive Uhaul I've ever seen! It even had a return area, cleaning station, and plenty of room to turn around! Also, the team was very helpful!! The only thing that they could improve is signage, as getting to it is tricky, but I understand that is a challenge with the City Ordinances. THANKS AGAIN!

I supplied a credit card over the phone and when my employee went to pick it up he was required to pay using his debit card. When I tried to call to reverse the charges and use the credit card I supplied I was told it wasn't possible! I was only hold for 15 minutes the first time I called and the second time I was on the phone for 45 minutes! Very poor customer service!!!!

I understand that the fuel issue is difficult, but the company needs a better solution. I picked up the vehicle and was told that tank was half full. It was not. I called emediately after I notice, about 5 minutes after leaving, was asked to take a photo, which I did, but still got charged for 2 gallons. It's minor in the big picture, but it's annoying and feels a bit dishonest.

When my bank did not send auto-payment on time I was to be charged a late fee of $30.00. When I emptied my unit with 3 weeks remaining having been paid, uhaul keeps the $34.00. Seems a bit one-sided. You think!!!!

Right now, you have a designated spot where customers are supposed to park trucks that are being returned. I parked there. The sign asks the customers to wait with the equipment and says that a staff member will be there shortly to help. That is not true. We waited maybe 10 minutes, and finally went in a dug up a staff member from behind the counter. There were no other customers there. She said that the video cameras that were supposed to let staff know if someone was waiting were not working. I suggest fixing the cameras, or moving the dumpster and shelving that prevent a direct view out the window.

It was hard to find someone when I arrived at 8 am. I had to go to the business office. I had the same issue over a year ago at a different uhaul store in the same town. It would be nice to hire someone to assure someone is always in the store. Other than that, the store was great, people were nice, and the equipment was good.

When a person wins a dolly the merchant should ensure that the dolly is put on the truck it was not put on mine and I was moving a piano. And even know how far person has to go with the truck before they get to their destination to use the equipment necessary to finalize their move
