Awesome service and support! Like most people, I hate moving, waiting on others for “windows of time” tying you up for hours at a time only to have them cancel after waiting for hours. Everything going sideways. U-Haul service was the only thing that went better than planned with the help of the staff. Would not recommend moving but would totally recommend this u-haul for sure!
Fredric EThey are very picky with the gas. When it is not a bit over, they will literally pull out a tape to show that it is on the line. This time, we overfilled by a quarter tank because the gas meter was not correctly marking the fuel till we drove a couple miles then it updated. I feel I should have been given a credit. If it would have been exactly on the line or a slither under, they would of charged like $20 a gallon.
JIMMY SI have not received a receipt for my truck when I turned it in, so I am not too happy at this point
