I rented a truck and the AC was broken. There was no cold air at all. I used the truck all day and it was over 100° outside. Then when I returned it, I let them know about the AC so they took the truck out of commission but I was still charged extra for going over 100 miles in it. I think that fee could have been waved due to the fact that I had to drive over 100 miles in a truck with no cold air when it was blistering hot outside! The ladies were very nice but "sorry" didn't really cut it for me.
