Extremely helpful, and professional. The entire Uhaul system was down, but the representative continued to get our rental complete. I know how frustrating it was, but they kept their cool completed the transaction in a professional and pleasant manner. When we need to rent a truck this has been our go to place.

She was really smart she was really thorough my only calf here that I did not appreciate was when you were doing the pre-inspection when you're about to take over I was trying to submit the pictures and it would say picture submission error so I was never able to actually go through the inspection process
