The hand truck was not secured and I didn’t even use it. I thought I would need it. But I was only moving a couch. I’ve used U-Haul before and the hand truck was secured and if I wanted to use it I had to break the zip lock. The workers were very nice and very helpful. Would rent from here again !! Thank you.

tom lCheck in process via over the phone is time consuming. Should be able to do some of the items, id, face pictures, contact info, before hand so your not standing around in a parking lot fumbling for your wallet.
