The man behind the counter was rude. Told me he had nothing to do with the pickup process. He thanked me told pointed to the counter and said scan there. At first when I looked I didn’t see anyone cause there was a sign over the U-Haul scan sticker. After I dropped the truck off I realized I forgot my wallet in the truck I went back the next morning and the same man was there . I told him U-Haul told me you can get back into the truck so I can get my wallet. He seemed annoyed that he had to get the key. As he was getting the key he said I am not looking for your wallet. I told him I didn’t ask you too. The U-Haul was perfect the man at the gas station was not.
