They didn't have all requested equipment and then had errors which required multiple calls while on the road. The staff on site was friendly and helpful but the person who was running the actual system was not physically present resulting the above mentioned errors

Marcus GTruck had cracked wind screen. Engine check light on. One wiper was not functional. Steering wheel was not straight. Not a location issue but truck needed lot of repair. Please fix it all before putting this truck back in service.
Ghalib Dthe trailer was blocked in by 2 feet of snow and 2 inches of ice. the owner didn’t even attempt to clear it out. i had to clear the snow and break the ice myself
