Would prefer truck models ready with navigation
SHEJEER SThis was my first time renting with uhaul and was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I will make sure to go out of my way and pay more just to not use uhaul in the future. I was charged for returning a dolly that was given to me by a staff member. Once returned was told this was not the dolly they had given me even though I have no reason to swap dolly’s. I was told I was a liar and this a different dolly. This location just looking to pin off their mistake on an unknowing customer. When asked to see video evidence cameras are unable to be viewed. If I could give 0 zero stars I would this place is a joke.
