MELLISSA MThe truck had a dirty windshield and sand/dirt on floorboards. Their were 3 workers on this day, 2 were new employees. The one who assisted me acted like he couldn't be bothered, no customer service skills at all. Had trouble filling up tank as gas would pour out once I started pumping. Went to another station with the one worker who was not new, and he was able to get it to fill up, this all took a lot of extra time I didn't have that day, but he was very courteous and helpful. This is the first time I've had problems as I've rented from here before, the new employees need to have better customer service training. I didn't receive an accurate receipt for the rental as I drove 30 miles and it still showed I was charged for the pre-set 40 miles. I did receive the gasoline refund since I paid for the gas at the 2nd pump. I wasn't happy with this whole experience.
