When I checked in, it would have been nice to have been told that I needed to take a picture of the license plate before leaving the lot. I didn't read this text until I arrived to the location I was moving from and then it told me that it was too late. However, it didn't affect anything so I don't know the purpose of needing to take a picture.

Mary KI was quoted around $100 when reserved online but the price was over $250 when I picked it up. That's called bait-and-switch. And the truck was barely drivable. It was a terrible experience.
MICHAEL KTrailer lights didn't work. Tires in poor condition. On the road both tire blown different times. Customer service won't return emails. Not good.
