they did not have the equipment we ordered, even after our pickup location was changed to ensure we would get all of our equipment. None of the equipment was in the truck when we opened it and the workers made us load it in instead of doing it for us.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI requested two dollies and a furniture square, was told upon arrival that those were not available. Had I not had my own, I would have been screwed. Other than that, everything was great!
