Terrible customer service. It genuinely felt like they were doing me a favor by letting me rent a trailer. On top of that, I had to use four‑wheel drive just to reach the trailer sitting in a muddy lot, even though plenty of open paved parking was available. Completely unacceptable.

We dropped off our uhaul truck here. The associate was very helpful and friendly.
Julie ETruck was clean. The only issue I had with this truck was that the headlights were not bright enough for night driving. Need to be replaced with brighter lights as this is a safety issue. Especially country driving.
