I dont have a problem with the pick up or drop off locations and I'm mad that this isn't a review for Uhaul itself. True Value did a great job. we were in and out quick. The pick up location for the dolly was changed the day before by Uhaul. The drop off location was changed to a site that was not open 24 hours. The original location I reserved was... I had to call Uhauls support to have the drop off changed. I don't understand what the point of making a reservation is if Uhaul can decide to change it on a whim the day of use.

Dan BFill your gas tanks and ask for them to be filled upon return. The truck I got was under half full and I filled it I used 1/4 of tank and wasn't reimbursed that's just wrong. 100.00 to fill the tank and I used maybe 15.00 dollars worth or explain how it works. When I moved to Buffalo from the cities the truck I rented was full they got it back full so much easier. I need to rent another one and I will probably go somewhere else that won't steal from me, cause that is what you are doing. I paid for mileage and rental and u got more than a half tank of gas on me.
JUDITH CTerrible customer service. It genuinely felt like they were doing me a favor by letting me rent a trailer. On top of that, I had to use four‑wheel drive just to reach the trailer sitting in a muddy lot, even though plenty of open paved parking was available. Completely unacceptable.
