I had a misunderstanding with how to pick up my reserved truck, but Jewel was able to assist me to make the process much easier! She was very pleasant and incredibly patient. She consulted with her coworkers to help with this process and ensure I had all the information I needed/ requested. If I were to use this service again, I would request Jewel's assistance again!

The inside of the truck was disgusting and very dirty.
