ERIC DDriving that truck, it would wander all over the road. You couldn't keep it straight. The shifting was bad, never had a problem before. And then when I dropped it off the mechanic was there and told me. There was nothing wrong with the truck, it was the worst experience I ever had with U. Haul, I will not use them again. This truck was dangerous and it could have took someone's life.

ERIC DRude customer service Moody attitude Not professional Use for for order Changed my name on order instead of keeping my name and my husband as the driver Made me fill like I was doing him a favor renting the uhaul truck I feel like I was overcharged Nothing happened the way uhaul stated I was told that I would pay later He insisted at time of pick up I hated the experience I do not and will not or Recommend anyone to the location I kind of felt that I may have been the wrong skin color because he did say thank you to oher customers and not me He ask for two references information I did not like that Giving other people first name , last name and phone number Please address this issue I have been a customer for over 30 years with uhaul This has been the worse experience ever I will not ever use a authorized dealer location again. I used three so far and they all do not have good customer service.
